We do not offer returns under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy (Damage Only)

Exchanges are accepted only if a damaged product is received.

To be eligible for an exchange:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The package seal must be intact at the time of delivery and visible in the video.

If the seal is found broken or tampered with at delivery, and the product is damaged, we will not be responsible for the damage, as it falls under the delivery partner’s liability.
